Presentation of the UKRIC project by Next Ukraine: the Mas Events case study
On August 26, the Mas Events team organized an event in Kyiv for the charitable organization Next Ukraine, dedicated to the development and scaling of the project for youth invention development in Ukraine, the Ukraine Invention Convention (UKRIC).
UKRIC is an initiative designed to support talented Ukrainian youth and foster a culture of invention. The project helps young people identify real-world challenges in their communities, research them, create their own solutions, build prototypes, and learn how to present their inventions.
The event was dedicated to introducing the project, its results, and future plans, with the Mas Events team handling the complete organizational process.
Mas Events' Scope of Work
To host the event, we selected and organized one of the capital's most famous event venues — Parkovy Exhibition and Convention Center.
The Mas Events team provided comprehensive event management support: communication and coordination with venue contractors, organizing a welcome coffee with treats, as well as guest reception and registration.
Communications formed a distinct line of work. We were actively involved in inviting event guests and partners — educational community representatives, journalists, members of parliament, and other stakeholders who care about Ukrainian youth development, education, and innovation.
Additionally, the Mas Events team was responsible for sourcing and coordinating the photographer, supporting their work during the event, and partially handling the design and production of printed materials.
It is especially meaningful for us to work on events backed not only by quality organization, but also by a grand idea and real social impact.
We firmly believe that Ukraine is home to countless talented, brave, and inventive young people who need opportunities to unlock their potential, gain support, and showcase their ideas to the world.
