“Energy of Ukraine’s Victory” Foundation
Task:
We were tasked with building a systematic communication framework for the "Energy of Ukraine's Victory" foundation across digital channels, boosting brand awareness, and producing high-quality content to engage with the audience.
Key objectives included: social media management, launching and growing channels on YouTube and TikTok, producing photo and video content, as well as designing promotional merchandise and print collateral.
It was crucial to establish a unified visual style and tone of voice that highlights the foundation's initiatives, conveys its core values, and enables effective interaction with the audience, partners, and donors.
Execution:
We kicked off the project by analyzing the foundation's activities, target audience, and communication objectives. Based on this, we developed a comprehensive content strategy and identified key audience engagement formats.
We assumed full management of social media channels: crafting content plans, producing visual and written content, scheduling regular posts, and maintaining active community management.
A dedicated track was the launch and growth of YouTube and TikTok: defining video formats, organizing video shoots, editing, and tailoring content to the specific dynamics of each platform. This expanded overall reach and attracted a new audience segment.
In parallel, the team handled photo and video production: covering events, producing both reportage and staged content for use across social media and press outlets.
We also designed promotional merchandise and print collateral — taking projects from concept to final print-ready layouts. This strengthened the foundation's offline communication and ensured visual consistency across all touchpoints.
As a result, the client gained a fully structured communication framework, high-quality multi-channel content, and a unified brand image that boosts awareness and public trust.
