MAS Agency to Join the Digital Transformation of the NSPP
MAS Agency and the National Mediation and Conciliation Service (NSPP) signed a Memorandum of Cooperation, which provides for joint work on the digital transformation of the Service, the development of modern IT solutions, and the improvement of digital services.
The document was signed by the Head of the NSPP, Dmytro Kuhniuk, and the Director of MAS Agency, Oleksii Zakharchenko.
As part of the cooperation, representatives of MAS Agency joined the working group on digital development of the NSPP. The agency's team will participate in developing proposals for digital transformation, modernizing information resources, developing electronic services, and implementing modern technological solutions.
The partnership covers several key areas:
digital transformation and improvement of the NSPP's IT infrastructure
development of digital services and modern information and communication technologies
implementation of innovative digital solutions
expert interaction and exchange of experience in the field of digitalization
During the meeting, the leadership of the NSPP presented the main areas of the Service's activities, including the development of social dialogue, participation in labor law reform, as well as the implementation of modern mechanisms for resolving labor disputes through mediation and labor arbitration.
For MAS Agency, participation in this project is an opportunity to apply years of experience in digital communications, IT, and strategic development to create effective digital solutions in the public sector.
We are convinced that digital transformation is not just about implementing new technologies, but primarily about increasing the efficiency of institutions, the transparency of processes, and the quality of services for citizens. That is why we are pleased to join the modernization of the NSPP and work together on creating modern digital tools.
